Koach Athletics, LLC (“KOACH”) stands behind the quality and workmanship of the NEUROSWING-X™ training system.

KOACH warrants the major mechanical and functional components of the NEUROSWING-X™ to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase by the original purchaser.

This limited warranty applies when the NEUROSWING-X™ is used normally and in accordance with KOACH’s intended use, operating instructions, and safety guidelines.

If a covered component is determined by KOACH to have a defect in materials or workmanship or to have malfunctioned during the warranty period, KOACH will, at its discretion:

• Repair the affected component;
• Replace the affected component; or
• Provide an appropriate replacement part or other reasonable remedy.

KOACH will determine the appropriate remedy based on the nature of the issue and availability of replacement components.

Covered components may include major mechanical and functional components of the NEUROSWING-X™, including, but not limited to, the primary resistance, pulley, cable, cam, swing-arm, adjustment, and weight-stack mechanisms.

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping, freight, transportation, packaging, and related costs associated with warranty service or replacement parts.

This includes, where applicable, the cost of shipping replacement components to the purchaser and/or returning components to KOACH for inspection, repair, or replacement.

KOACH is not responsible for damage that occurs during transportation or shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law.

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear;
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality;
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation;
• Damage caused by improper installation, assembly, adjustment, or maintenance;
• Damage caused by use outside the intended purpose or specifications of the NEUROSWING-X™;
• Damage caused by accidents, impact, excessive force, or unauthorized alterations;
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or replacement parts;
• Damage resulting from failure to follow KOACH operating, maintenance, or safety instructions;
• Damage caused by environmental conditions, including exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or corrosive substances;
• Damage caused during relocation or transportation of the machine after delivery;
• Consumable, replaceable, or wear items to the extent their replacement is attributable to normal use; or
• Any other condition or damage that KOACH reasonably determines is not the result of a defect in materials or workmanship.

To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact KOACH Athletics and provide information reasonably requested to evaluate the claim.

KOACH may request:

• Proof of purchase;
• The NEUROSWING-X™ serial number;
• Photographs or video of the issue;
• A description of the problem and circumstances under which it occurred; and
• Additional information reasonably necessary to diagnose the issue.

KOACH may require the affected component to be returned for inspection before approving a repair or replacement.

Do not ship any component to KOACH without first receiving authorization and shipping instructions from KOACH.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the NEUROSWING-X™ and is not transferable unless expressly approved in writing by KOACH Athletics.

The NEUROSWING-X™ may be used in commercial, athletic, educational, institutional, training, fitness, golf facility, and other professional environments.

Unless otherwise agreed to in a separate written agreement, the same one (1) year limited warranty applies to the original purchaser regardless of whether the machine is purchased for personal, commercial, institutional, or athletic use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this limited warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by KOACH Athletics for the NEUROSWING-X™.

KOACH makes no warranties beyond those expressly stated in this limited warranty, except where additional warranties cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

KOACH’s responsibility under this limited warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or other remedy expressly provided above.

Nothing in this limited warranty is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.

KOACH Athletics reserves the right to make design, engineering, manufacturing, or component changes to the NEUROSWING-X™ without obligation to retrofit previously manufactured or sold machines, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing.

The NEUROSWING-X™ is a training device. KOACH does not warrant or guarantee any particular athletic, golf, strength, speed, distance, swing, or performance outcome resulting from use of the product.

Individual results will vary based on the user, training program, technique, frequency of use, physical condition, and other factors.
