KOACH strives to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images; however:

KOACH products, including the NEUROSWING™, are physical training devices intended for athletic and neuromuscular training. Use of fitness equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

By purchasing or using KOACH equipment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for ensuring proper installation and safe use of equipment.

KOACH is not responsible for injuries resulting from:

• Improper installation
• Misuse
• Failure to follow instructions
• Use by untrained individuals
• Use outside the intended purpose

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOACH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of the Website
• Purchase or use of KOACH products
• Equipment malfunction or misuse
• Training activities involving KOACH equipment

KOACH’s total liability for any product‑related claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Certain KOACH equipment may require proper mounting or installation. The purchaser or user is solely responsible for:

• Ensuring adequate structural support
• Following installation instructions
• Safe operation of equipment

KOACH is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by improper installation.
